Do I need to register for warranty?

Yes, this is helps us keep record of your product information.

If you have not registered your product with us this will not affect your warranty . However, a copy of your proof of purchase is required to valid your warranty.

How do I find the model and product serial no.?

The information is located on the label on the back of the tablet and interactive pen display product. The model number is above the bar code and the serial number will be just below the barcode.

 

 

I am unable to upload the invoice/receipt under the warranty registration. What should I do?

You could leave the upload file as empty and email a copy of your proof of purchase to support@persol.com.sg
